Capstone Building
Capstone Office is a three story 28,000 square foot Class A office building located in Maple Valley Washington. The building structure is hybrid steel with cast in place concrete walls, a metal roof that looks like Spanish tile, front elevation with a wood trellis, and custom entry details. The interior lobby has wrought iron stair rails with specialty lighting. Interiors also features dark stained wood details throughout including the lobby fireplace, overhead wood beams and clerestory windows surrounding the lobby rotunda. Seattle Commercial Development provided design, development, permitting, financing, construction, and currently manages the facility.

Studio Office Work Lofts
Four-story office building located in Issaquah Washington the building consists of covered parking with retail spaces on the ground level and three stories of studio work lofts above. Studio offices range from 150 to 600 square feet in size, with community conference rooms and restrooms located on each floor. Each unit is self-contained from a mechanical system design, meaning there is no central system to transfer air from one unit to another. Units can be leased month-to-month with no long-term agreements. The project was part of a development agreement in which Seattle Commercial Development partnered with the City of Issaquah to construct the building while also providing the labor to install a new four-way intersection in Gilman Boulevard.

Microsoft Transportation Base
The Microsoft Transportation base in Redmond Washington includes a 15,125 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building that houses a machine shop, 2 story office, and drive-through vehicle wash system. A covered fueling station was erected separate from the main building. The existing lot which served as a topsoil and gravel yard has been paved and landscaped to accommodate the fleet of vehicles serving Microsoft transportation needs. The owner employed the full suite of SCD development services including acquisition of land, design, permitting, financing, construction, and leasing of the facility.

Terex Aerial Lift Platforms
Terex – Genie was a 24 acre project located in North Bend Washington, 200,000 SF of buildings for Terex Aerial Lift Platforms. The project utilizes complete ground water filtration and buildings designed and constructed to LEED Silver requirements. SCD formed a partnership with existing land owners, negotiated leases, arranged financing, managed design and permitting, worked with contractor using effective cost control and value engineering to deliver the project on time and on budget with no lost time injuries.
